Boxes are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds or exchanges.
If boxes or products arrived damaged from the shipping company please email sierrasbeauties@gmail.com with your order # and photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving the box. You will receive a shipping label to return the entire box for a replacement or you can just return the damaged items for a replacement. If damage is not reported within 2 days of receiving box you will not be eligible for a replacement.
Local Pick Up:
Local pick up is available in Davis County, Utah and Utah County, Utah. When your order is ready for pick up you will recieve an email with pick up instructions. PLEASE ensure your email is correct or we cannot contact you for pick up info. PLEASE NOTE: Pick up will only be available until 12/22/24 this year.
Shipping:
Shipping is available this year within the U.S. and is a $5 flat rate! Free shipping if you order $150+ PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for shipping with Christmas delivery will be 12/18/24. Any orders placed AFTER 12/18/24 cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Any orders placed with shipping AFTER 12/20/24 will NOT ship until 12/30/24.
